How Does A Kingdom Grounds Fundraiser Work?

Participants use provided brochures to sell Kingdom Grounds Coffee to friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, etc. 

Let's Break This Option Down:

  • Let us know how many participants you have, sales forms will be sent directly to you, free of charge.
  • Distribute the forms and start your fundraiser. We recommend running the fundraiser for 2 weeks.
  • Collect order forms and be sure to collect payment from customers during the time of your fundraiser (customers pay prior to receiving their purchases). Have customers make checks payable to YOUR ORGANIZATION, or to YOURSELF.
  • Your organization staff will submit a paper Fulfillment Spreadsheet along with ONE  PAYMENT for all products and return that to Kingdom Grounds Coffee staff to get your order placed. This must be submitted within 5 days of closing the fundraiser in order to get products to your customers in a timely manner. 
  • Your Kingdom Grounds Coffee Fundraiser specialist will submit the orders under your particular fundraising link (specialized for your organization), along with payment.
  • Once orders are placed, your profits from the fundraiser will be submitted back to your designated contact at your organization within 1 month. This time frame allows for any issues with the roasting process, and time to correct orders before proceeds are paid to the organization. 
  • Your orders will be roasted fresh, separated per participant, and available for pick up for distribution by participants within 3 weeks of the end of your fundraiser. 

This option is great for groups or organizations that want a broader approach to non-local friends and family. This platform can also be combined with the Traditional Fundraising Program to increase profit margin.

Let's Break This Option Down:

  • Determine when the fundraising campaign will take place (we recommend 2 weeks for sales)
  • Kingdom Grounds will create a unique link for your group/organization that will automatically track orders when your customers shop through your link
  • Participants will email friends and family about the fundraiser through a link to their specific group/organization (ask us about our email templates!) We discourage posting on social media for all to participate, as the link will be closed at the end of the fundraiser but the link will still be visible and can be confusing
  • Customers purchase their coffee online. It is roasted fresh at the close of sales and shipped directly to the customer within 3 weeks of the close of your fundraiser
  • Your group or organization will have the ability to track sales by participants for additional awards or incentives
  • At the end of the fundraiser, we deactivate your link, run a report, and send you a check for the profit margin of your sales!

This must be completed within 3 days of closing the fundraiser in order to get products to your customers in a timely manner. Or you can complete the paper Fulfillment Spreadsheet and return that to Kingdom Grounds Coffee staff to get your order placed.
